What we do.
Host Home Services: We match individuals with compassionate providers who open their homes and hearts to offer personalized 24/7 support.
Community Engagement: From parades and baseball games to craft nights and cookouts, we believe in creating joyful, inclusive experiences.
Growing Services: We’re always looking ahead—our team is actively working to launch Dayhab Services and Supported Employment as well as other supports that meet evolving needs.

We believe in dignity, choice, and connection. Every person deserves to live a life that feels meaningful and supported—and we’re here to make that happen, one relationship at a time.
