“I am very proud of, and grateful for, the work and progress Titus has achieved with River. He is blooming under the radiance of their patience and tenacity. River is happy again, living with Titus and his family, and that is the best gift a Mother can have: to know her child is safe and happy, to know her child is loved.”

Eveline ~ Independent Contractor

Progressive Community Network (PCN) began with the desire to offer services with a different mindset. Built from the ground up, PCN started in December of 2021 serving two individuals on the ID waiver. Today PCN serves 40+ individuals between the ID, BI, and HBH waivers and continues to expand.

Proud Member of IACP

Progressive Community Network has been a proud member of the IACP since 2023.

IACP supports Iowa community providers so they can fully support Iowans in need of behavioral health and disability services. More than 130 providers across the state look to IACP as a trusted resource in their work to help those they serve to lead more productive and fulfilling lives. This is reflected in IACP’s organization’s mission and vision.
